HEALING CAN BE PLAYFUL!

Growing up, I was seldom encouraged to explore individuality or identity. I had been conditioned to serve. To be meek, mild, and "nice."

In my 20s, I struggled to figure out how to grow up. I moved to Rochester, had two kids, got engaged, and got married all by 27. Through all of this excitement, I still hadn't found who I was. I knew how I served others. But realized I didn't know myself intimately. 

I started being myself and sharing my weird. It took a while for those close to me to adjust, but once they did; it was game on.

I realized all of the shadow work, energy work, and confidence building I had done could benefit other women who have lost themselves. And thus, Sage Path started offering women's classes. And now I am obsessed and expanding!
